<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated September 21,2007, executed by Concord Hospitality, Inc. for the benefit of
<br />Concord Neighborhood, Corp.; A Nebraska Corporation, in which CORNERSTONE BANK,
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded September 27,2007,
<br />Entered As Instrument No 0200708313, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that
<br />such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee f~r cancellation.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described real estate, to-wit:
