<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />John R, Brownell, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of
<br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in
<br />and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1,00)
<br />and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201)
<br />in Hall County, ~ebraska:
<br />
<br />A tract of land compr~s~ng a part of the North-
<br />west Quarter (NW~) of Section Seven (7), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th
<br />P,M" Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said
<br />NW%, said point being Fifty (50,0) feet east of
<br />the southwest corner of said NW%, said point
<br />also being on the easterly Highway right of way
<br />line; thence running easterly along and upon
<br />the south line of said NW\ a distance of Two
<br />Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Three and Thirty
<br />Nine Hundredths (2,573,39) feet to the southeast
<br />corner of said t~,~; thence running northerly
<br />along and upon the east line of said NW% a dis-
<br />tance of One Thousand Seventeen and Thirty Four
<br />Hundredths (1,017,34); thence running westerly,
<br />parallel with the south line of said NW% a distance
<br />of Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Six and Twenty
<br />1\-10 Hundredths (2,566,22) feet to a point on said
<br />easterly Highway right of way line, said point
<br />being Fifty (50,0) feet east of the west line
<br />of said NW%; thence running southerly along and
<br />upon said easterly Highway right of way line a
<br />distance of One Thousand Seventeen and Nineteen
<br />Hundredths (1.017,19) feet to the point of
<br />beginning and containing 60,000 acres more or
<br />less,

<br />This reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the
<br />obligation secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No,
<br />82-003806 on September 2, 1982, in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, pursuant to the Nebraska Revised Statutes
<br />Section 76-1014,
<br />
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not
<br />to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument,
<br />
