<br />JOHN R, BROWNELL, Trustee and Grantor, in performance
<br />of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given
<br />in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($1,00) and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section Thirty-Three (33), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of the
<br />W~SW~, said point being 990.3 Feet North of the SE
<br />corner of said W~SW~; thence Westerly parallel to the
<br />South line of said Section 33, a distance of 1,254.2
<br />Feet to a point 66 Feet East of the West line of said
<br />Section 33; thence Northerly parallel to the West line
<br />of said Section 33, a distance of 486.11 Feet; thence
<br />Easterly parallel to the South line of said Section 33,
<br />a distance of 1,254.85 Feet, to the East line of said
<br />W~SW~; thence Southerly along said East line of the
<br />W~SW~, a distance of 486.11 Feet to the place of beginning
<br />and containing 14,00 acres more or less, EXCEPT a tract
<br />of land comprising a part of the SW~ of Section 33,
<br />To~mship 12 ~orth, Range 9, West of the 6th P,M" in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: First to ascertain the point of beginning,
<br />start at the SW corner of said SW~; thence running
<br />Northerly along the West line of said SW\, a distance
<br />of 990,3 Feet North of the Southwest corner of said
<br />SW\; thence running Easterly parallel to the South line
<br />of said SW~, a distance of 66 Feet to the actual point
<br />of beginning; thence continuing Easterly along the last
<br />described course a distance of 208,71 Feet; thence
<br />running ~ortherly parallel to the West line of said SW\
<br />a distance of 208.71 Feet; thence running Westerly
<br />parallel to the South line of said SW~, a distance of
<br />208,71 Feet to a point 66 Feet East of the West line of
<br />said SW~; thence running Southerly parallel to the West
<br />line of said SWt, a distance of 208,71 Feet to the
<br />ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 1,00 acres,
<br />more or less,

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation
<br />secured by the Trus t Deed recorded as Document No., 80-006288
<br />on November 5, 1980, in the office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-
<br />1014.
<br />
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not
<br />to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
