<br />ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS AND LEASES

<br />Bison Investors V Limi ted Partnership, a NebrasKa Ilmi ted
<br />partnership ("Assignor"), for valuable consideration paid by
<br />COMMERCIAL SAVINGS COMPANY OF GRANO ISLAND, NebrasKa
<br />('IAssignee"), herebY conveys, transfers and assigns to the
<br />Assignee, its successor's and a.ssigns, all the rights, interest
<br />and privi leges, which the Assignor as Lessor has and may have
<br />in the lease now existing and affecting the real property
<br />described as Lot 4, BlocK 9 Continental Gardens, Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, NebrasKa. (col~ectively
<br />the IIPremisesQ) or any part thereof as such lease may have
<br />been, or may from time to time be, hereafter mOdified,extended
<br />and renewed, with all rents, income and profits due and

<br />outstanding and unpaid.
