COCKRELL and MARY A. COCKRELL, husband and wife as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property located in Hall County, Nebraska, to~ wit: Lot One (1), Block Twenty-three (23), University Place, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; known also as 2607 West Waugh, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the Grantees.
