<br />NORMAN W. LAUTENSCHLAGER and CORALEE I. LAUTENSCHLAGER,
<br />husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of
<br />the other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration
<br />of the SUIII of TEN AND NOIlOO DOLLARS ($lO.OO) AND OTHER VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convev and confirm unto NORMAN W. LAUTENSCHLAGER and CORALEE I.
<br />LAUTENSCHLAGER, husband and wife, as tenants in common, herein
<br />called the Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E~SE~) of
<br />Section Two (2), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten
<br />(lO) West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E~NW~), except
<br />railroad right-of-way and except a parcel of land off
<br />the north side thereof conveyed to the State of
<br />Nebraska for highway purposes; and The Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW~), except railroad right-of-way and except
<br />a parcel of land conveyed to the State of Nebraska at
<br />DocUlllent No. 82-002223, of Section Eight (8), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.;

<br />The Northwest Quarter of Section Ten (10), Township
<br />Nine (9), Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW~) and the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (NW\SW\) of Section Sixteen
<br />(16), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M.;

<br />Lots Five and Six (5 & 6), Block Eight (8), Doniphan.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful
<br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to
<br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby
<br />relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the
<br />above-described premises.
