<br />SHIRLEY A. LEm, whether one or rrnre, herein called the IOOrtgagor,
<br />and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, herein called the IOOrtgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />
<br />L IOOrtgagor has executed and delivered to IOOrtgagee a real estate
<br />rrortgage dated Septanber 8, 1983, and recorded on Septanber 27, 1983, as
<br />J:locuIrent No. 83-005127 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of a certain rrnrtgage note for $10,010.50, a valid
<br />subsisting obligation of the IOOrtgagor, and payrrEnt of the remainder of the
<br />principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the te:ms. of
<br />the aforarentioned real estate lIDrtgage, rrndified and payable in the following
<br />manner:

<br />A mortgage note dated September 8, 1983, on which a principal
<br />balance of $10,044.87 rEmains unpaid will be repaid in lIDnthly
<br />paynents of $175.00, applied first to interest and the balance
<br />to principal, beginning January 12, 1984, and on the 12th day
<br />of every rrnnth until Decanber 12, 1986, at which time the
<br />entire principal balance and accrued interest is due and payable
<br />in full, at an interest rate of 14.5% per annrnn.
<br />
<br />2. All other tenns and conditions contained in the original real
<br />estate mortgage dated Septanber 8, 1983, shall rEmain the same, and this
<br />/.bdification Agreanent is made a part of the original real estate IIDrtgage
<br />by reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
<br />
