Except in the area in the immediate vicinity of the existing <br /> <br /> <br />buildings, there shall. he no conversion, destruction or disturbance of the <br /> <br /> <br />grasslands or grassland co_unities by plowing, draining or otherwise <br /> <br />disturbing the surface unless done solely for the purpose of improving <br />whooping crane and sandhill crane habitat. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no commercial or sport hunting of whooping cranes <br /> <br />or sandhill cranes. <br /> <br />RESERVES RIGHTS <br /> <br />Except as expressly set forth herein, the Truat reserves for itself, <br /> <br />its successors or 8ssigns, all rights as owner of the Property, including the <br /> <br />right to .use the Property for any purpose not inconsistent with this grant. <br /> <br />Without limitation of the foregoing, it is expressly agreed between the Trust <br /> <br />and the Conservancy ~hat the present USBS of the Property, and those uses <br /> <br />permitted by the -Hermon Island Crane Meadows Management Plan" prepared for <br /> <br />the Trust by the Conservancy dated Sepetember 14, 1981, are uses not <br /> <br />inconsistent with this grant.. <br /> <br /> <br />GENKRAL PROVISIONS <br />This Conservation Easement shall run with and burden the protected <br />Property in perpetuity and shall bind the Trust, its agents and 8ssigns, and <br />all other successors to them in interest. This Conservation Easement may not <br /> <br />be assigned, except to a satellite or subsidiary organization or corporation <br /> <br /> <br />of the Conservancy, without the prior written conaent of the Trust.. The <br /> <br /> <br />Conservancy shall notify the Trust within fifteen (15) days of any assignment <br /> <br /> <br />of this Easement.
