"~qS <br /> <br /> <br />referred to as one of the Grantors in the Deed recorded in Book <br /> <br /> <br />152, Page 5 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, <br /> <br /> <br />Nebraska; and futher states that Jack Voss one of the Partners of <br /> <br /> <br />The Villa Mar Dee Company as Grantor and Jack B. Voss one of <br /> <br /> <br />the Grantees in the Mortgage recorded in Book 141, Page 280 in <br /> <br /> <br />the Office of Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, is <br /> <br /> <br />the same person. <br /> <br /> <br />In Swmuary: Jack Voss and Jack B.
