Herzberg, being first duly sworn on her oath, deposes and says that she resides at 324 West 15th Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that her husband, Bruno W. Herzberg, died September 24, 1983, at Lutheran Hospital 1n Grand Island, Nebraska; that her husband left no property separately owned by him, and that all property subject to consideration and computation for determination of any Nebraska Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax was property owned by the Decedent in joint tenancy with your Affiant, his surviv- Lng spouse; that the total value of all such property, as of September 24, 1983, valued at its fair market value on that date, did not equal or even approach the sum of $275,000.00; that Affiant is entitled to an exemption in the computation of either Nebraska lnheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax of the total value of all such taxable property received by her by reason of the death of Decedent, or otherwise, and that there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate Tax due or oWlng by this Affiant by reason of property pass- ing to her upon the death, or otherwise, of Bruno W. Herzberg on September 24, 1983; a copy of his Certificate of Death is Wl3 on file.
