LARSEN, Trustors, did on or about the 23 day of April 1981, <br />make, execute, and deliver unto GEORGE H;WANITSCHKE, as TrfiStee, <br />a Trust Deed wherein Trustors conveyed the following-described <br />real property: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), in Block Four (4), Dale Roush Second <br />Subdivision, situated in part of the East Half of <br />the Southwest Quarter (E'\;SW%) of Section Fourteen <br />(14), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Ten (10), <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />as security for payment of a loan which the Trustors obtained <br />from the Bank of Doniphan, Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, <br />which Trust Deed was recorded on the 24 day of April 1981, <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Document No. 81-002035. On or about the 23 day of April <br />1981, the Trust Deed was assigned to the Nebraska Mortgage <br />Finance Fund as Beneficiary, and such Assignment of Deed of <br />Trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81-002417 and re- <br />recorded on June 25, 1981, in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81-003325. <br />On or about the 14 day of August 1981, Lawyers Title Insurance <br />Corporation was appointed successor Trustee under the Trust <br />Deed and such substitution of Trustee was recorded in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Document No. 81-004256. Further, on or about the 30 day <br />of November 1983, John R. Brownell was appointed successor <br />Trustee under the Trust Deed and such substitution of Trustee <br />was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83-006675, on the 21 day <br />of December 1983. <br /> <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach <br />of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust Property <br />was conveyed as security, to-wit: That the Trustors have <br />failed to pay the beneficiary payments \vhich were contractually <br />due from February 1, 1983, through this date, together with <br />interest accruing thereon. <br /> <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected <br />to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with <br />interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected <br />to sellar cause to be sold the real property described in <br />said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation. <br /> <br />DATED this ;1.'2 day of ~~vt. <br /> <br />1983. <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) SS. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br /> <br />The foregoing Noti~ of DeEaul t was acknowledged before <br />me on this 22. day of \..J.J.If'Mn)>(MJ' 1983, by John R.
