RELEASE AGREEMENT THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT is day of September, 1983, by and between CHARLES R. WITT, heirein referred to as "Lessor" and RICHARD R. KOCH and KARENJ. KOCH, herein referred to as "Lessee". Recitals A. By an instrument dated september 1, 1982, Lessee leased the following described real estate, to wit: The South Forty Feet (S40') of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), ~n Block Two (2), Original Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, from Claude Button, which lease was duly filed in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska at Instrument No. 83-001616, for a period of three (3) years. B. On July 15, 1983, Charles R. Witt became legal owner to the above described property by Personal Representatives' Deed, duly recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 83-003775. C. The parties now desire to settle all claims of Les~or with respect to the lease and to terminate all obligations tLere- under. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements of the parties hereto, Lessor declares that all obligations and duties of Lessee under the lease are terminated as of the date of this instrument. In addition, Lessor for himself and his heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, releases Lessee, his heirs and personal representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action that Lessor had, has, or may have against Lessee, or against the heirs or legal representatives of Lessee based upon the lease. 18IllNll1_ ~AtLA1l M,tO.'--., .......... - --..
