<br />This Deed of Trust is made this 12th day of December, 1983,
<br />by and among D. Wayne Vanosdall and Bernice A. Vanosdall,Husand
<br />and Wife, each in their own right and as spouse of the other,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Trustor," whose mailing address is
<br />1914 Spring Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; Arend. R. Baack,
<br />Attorney at Law, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee," whose
<br />mailing address is P.o. Box 790, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802;
<br />and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, hereinafter
<br />referred to as "Beneficiary," whose mailing address is 304 West
<br />Third, Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants,
<br />transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, in trust, with power
<br />of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />following-described property, located in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:

<br />land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest

<br />ing at a point Eighty Feet (80') South of the
<br />Southwest Corner of Lot Five (5), Block Five
<br />(5), of South Grand Island, Addition to City
<br />of Grand Island. Nebraska, and running thence
<br />Easterly for a distance of Seventy Feet
<br />(70'), thence South for a distance of Sixty-Six
<br />Feet (66'), thence West for a distance of
<br />Seventy Feet (70'), thence North, parallel
<br />with the Bast side of Locust Street, a
