<br />WILLIAM B. HIGHT and VIRGINIA E. HIGHT, husband and
<br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the
<br />other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($l. 00), LOVE AND AFFECTION, recei:ved
<br />from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto MICHAEL JOSEPH DOwn, JANET MARIE DOWD, DAVID J.
<br />HIGHT and MELANIE ANN HIGHT, in equal shares, as tenants in
<br />common, the fOllowing described real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />An undivided one-half (~) interest in and to the
<br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW\) in Section
<br />Thirty-Five (35), TownShip Ten (10) North, Range Twel:ve
<br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their
<br />heirs and assigns for~ver. And we hereby covenant with the
<br />said Grantees and with their heirs and assigns, that we are
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance, except easements of record and that we have
<br />good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we
<br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
