<br />ALLENE BISH and MILANO. BIBH, each in his or her own
<br />right and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors,
<br />for and in consideration of the sum of ONE THOUSANDEIGH'l'
<br />HUNDRED AND NO/IOO DOLLARS {$1,800.00} received from Grantea,
<br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirTllunto
<br />MID-CONTINENT ENTERPRISES, INC., the following described
<br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />An undivided one-third (l/3) interest in and to
<br />the following described real estate: Lot Sixteen (16),
<br />Block ~.o (2), Continental Gardens, an addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together wi th all the tenements , hereditaments and appurtenances'
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to its heirs
<br />and successors forever. And we hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantee and with its heirs and successors, that we are
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that it is free from
<br />encurr~rance, except easements of record, and that we have
<br />good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we
<br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
