<br />JDF ENl'ERPRISES, A Partnership, whether one or IIDre, herein called the Mortgagor,
<br />and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Hall Cbunty, Nebraska,
<br />herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:

<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and deli vered to !brtgagee first real estate IIDrtgages
<br />dated November 12, 1981, and each reoorded on NovEmber 13, 1981, as Ibcument Nos.
<br />81..;00569'7 and 81-005698 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in oonsideration of a certain note for $8OO,O<Xl.OO, a valid subsisting obligation of the
<br />Mortgagor, and paYllent of the ranainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon
<br />shall be due ll{',.oording to the tenns of the aforanentioned real estate lII)rtgages,
<br />modified and payable in the following manner:

<br />A note dated NovElllber 12, 1981, on \\nich a principal balance of
<br />$700,597.63, inCluding interest due through Ieceni:ler 4, 1983,
<br />ranains unpaid, will be repaid in lIDllth1y pa~nents of ~lO,O<Xl.OO,
<br />applied first to interes1: and the balance to principal, beginning
<br />.January 4, 1984, and on the 4th day of each rronth thereafter until
<br />Decanber 4, 1984, at whicb time the entire principal balance and
<br />all accrued interest \,ill be due and payable in full.

<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original first real estate
<br />mortgages dated Novanber 12, 1981, shall l"Emain the same, and this Modification Agree-
<br />rrent is made a part of the original first real estate lII)rtgages by reference and shall
<br />inure to all succes.sors and assigns and their heirs.
