NIEMOTH, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the <br />other, herein called the Grantors in consideration of ONE <br />DOLLAR ($1,00), LOVE AND AFFECTION AND CREATION OF JOINT <br />TENANCY, received from Grantees do grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto RANDALL L.
