<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE
<br />
<br />Robert W. Rieke, Trustee, does hereby grant and convey, withoutany
<br />covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the Administrator of Veterans Affairs,
<br />his successors and assigns, (hereinafter calied "Grantee';) the following described
<br />property:
<br />
<br />The Westerly Twenty-six (26) feet of Lot Three (3), in BlockSixteen
<br />(16), in the Original Town, now City of Grand island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
<br />
<br />To have and to hotd the above described property unto the Grantee,
<br />its successors and assigns.
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred upon said
<br />Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust dated October 13, 1981 executed by KirkA.
<br />Schmidt, a single person, as Tr'ustor, to Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation as
<br />Trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary, recorded October 13, 1981,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />81-005241, subsequently assigned by Superior Mortgage, Ine., to Norwest Mort-
<br />gage, Inc., f/k/a Banco Mortgage Company, by assignment recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 10, 1981, as In-
<br />strument No. 81-005664, to secure payment of one certain promissory note in the
<br />original sum of $16,900.00 and interest, as therein provided.
<br />
<br />On August 23,1983, the undersigned was appointed as successor trustee
<br />under the aforesaid deed of trust and on September 12, 1983, a substitution of
<br />trustee form was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 83-004832 and sent by certified mail, return receipt
<br />requested, to all interested parties as therein provided.
<br />
<br />Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of Trust and the
<br />obligations secured thereby, as more pal'ticularly set forth in the Notice ~f De-
<br />fault recorded September 12, 1983. in the Office of the Register of Deeds Jt Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as instrument No. 83-004833.

<br />On September 13, 1983 copies of the Notice of Default, with recording
<br />data shown thereon, were mailed to the Trustor and all other interested parties
<br />by certified mail. return receipt r'equested, postage prepaid, to the addresses
<br />shown in the Affidavit recorded September 15, 1983, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 83-004900.

<br />Aftar the lapse of not less than one (1) month, Robert W. Rieke,
<br />Trustee, in consequence of the Notice of Default and in compliance with the
<br />terms of the Deed of Trust did execute a Notice of Trustee's Sale, stating that
<br />the above described property would be sold at public auction to the highest
<br />
