<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT I, GARLAN LEE SCHOENROCK, JR"
<br />a single person, of the county of Ellis, State of Kansas, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Thirty-five Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-
<br />one and 89/100 Dollars ($35,891.89), and other valuable consideration
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell and convey
<br />unto THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT OF WASHINGTON,
<br />D.C., its successors and assigns, the following described premises,
<br />to-wit:

<br />of Fractional Lot Eight (8), Fractional Block One
<br />Hundred One (101), in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition
<br />and its complement, to-wit: Fractional Lot Eight
<br />(8), Fractional Block One Hundred One (101), in
<br />Railroad Addition, both being Additions to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of
<br />all encumbrances except a first mortgage in favor of MortgagePlu6
<br />Incorporated, which ~las assumed by IntraNest Mortgage Company, on July
<br />3, 1979, in the principal sum of Thirty-four Thousand Six Hundred and
<br />No/IOO Dollars ($34,600.00), dated July 3, 1979 and filed for record
<br />July 3, 1979, in Document No. 79-004285, of the Mortgage Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and easements and restrictions of record, and
<br />do covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against any act of
<br />said grantors or any other person claiming through or under it. The
<br />grantors further covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute
<br />an absolute conveyance of title to the premises to the qrantee herein
<br />in effect as well as form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust
<br />conveyance, or as security of any kind and that possession of the
<br />premises is delivered concurrently herewith. And the said qrantors
<br />hereby relinquish all right, title, interest and all equity of redemption
<br />in and to the above described premis7s. ~
