I" 83..;;;., 006408 REAT" ESTATE MORTGAGE This indenture, made this ~ day of November, 1983, between WILLIAM H. DORAN and DELORES A. DORAN, husband and wife, hereinafter called the " P.1ortgagors " , and the TRINITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called the "Mortgagee". UITNESSETH: WHEREAS, on or about the 1st day of August, 1981, Mortgagee made a loan to Mortgagors in the principal amount of Sixty-Five Thousand and NollOO Dollars ($65,000.00) for the purpose of facilitating Mortgagors' purchase of certain real estate herein- after described, which loan bears interest at the rate of eleven percent (11%) per annum and is being repaid in equal monthly installments of Seven Hundred Eighty-Four and 891100 Dollars ($784.89) each, inclusive of both interest and principal1 and WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to confirm, ratify and secure the future repayment of said loan, and to render the terms thereof binding upon their successors and assigns. NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagors, contemporaneously with the execution of this Real Estate Mortgage, have executed a promissory Note bearing even date herewith and have delivered said note to Mortgaoee for the payment of the presently existing outstanding balance of the aforesaid loan, which principal sum is now Fifty-Nine Thousand Pour Hundred Seventy-Seven and 69/100 Dollars ($59.477.69\, being hereafter payable in equal monthly installments of Seven Hundred E~ighty-Four and 89/100 Dollars ($784.89), inclusive of both principal and interest, beginning on the 20th day of November, 1983, and a like amount on the 20th day of each month thereafter until paid in full. unless said note shall be sooner paid by extra payments on account of princ_ "al. To secure the payment of the Promissory Note, the Mortgagors do hereby bargain, sell and convey to Mortgagee the real estate hereinafter described and situated in Ha 11 County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lot Thirtv-Four (34).
