DORAN, husband and wife, <br />hereinafter called the " P.1ortgagors " , and the TRINITY UNITED <br />METHODIST CHURCH of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called <br />the "Mortgagee". <br /> <br />UITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on or about the 1st day of August, 1981, Mortgagee <br />made a loan to Mortgagors in the principal amount of Sixty-Five <br />Thousand and NollOO Dollars ($65,000.00) for the purpose of <br />facilitating Mortgagors' purchase of certain real estate herein- <br />after described, which loan bears interest at the rate of eleven <br />percent (11%) per annum and is being repaid in equal monthly <br />installments of Seven Hundred Eighty-Four and 891100 Dollars <br />($784.89) each, inclusive of both interest and principal1 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to confirm, ratify and <br />secure the future repayment of said loan, and to render the terms <br />thereof binding upon their successors and assigns. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagors, contemporaneously with the <br />execution of this Real Estate Mortgage, have executed a <br />promissory Note bearing even date herewith and have delivered <br />said note to Mortgaoee for the payment of the presently existing <br />outstanding balance of the aforesaid loan, which principal sum is <br />now Fifty-Nine Thousand Pour Hundred Seventy-Seven and 69/100 <br />Dollars ($59.477.69\, being hereafter payable in equal monthly <br />installments of Seven Hundred E~ighty-Four and 89/100 Dollars <br />($784.89), inclusive of both principal and interest, beginning on <br />the 20th day of November, 1983, and a like amount on the 20th day <br />of each month thereafter until paid in full. unless said note <br />shall be sooner paid by extra payments on account of princ_ "al. <br /> <br />To secure the payment of the Promissory Note, the Mortgagors <br />do hereby bargain, sell and convey to Mortgagee the real estate <br />hereinafter described and situated in Ha 11 County, Nebraska, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Thirtv-Four (34).
