<br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned, Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green
<br />, hereby covenant and agree to pay to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of
<br />FORTY-SIX THOUSAND AND NO/Ioo-------------------------------------__($ 46,000.00 ),
<br />together with interest thereon at_ 14~ per cent per annum from the date hereof,
<br />such sum to be payable on February 28, 1984 Interest shall be payable at maturity
<br />on February 28, 1984

<br />The original principal note in tb" amount of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND AND NO/IOO-----------,

<br />April II, 1980 , to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and was due and payabl" on the 8tb day of October, 1980 , together
<br />with interest at. 17% p"r cent pe~ and secured by Real Estate Mortgag,,~
<br />to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />#80-00645~81-005650; #81-002532; in tbe Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />#80-006593; #82-000449; #82-003761; #83-000864; #83-002620 and #83-004624.
<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of FORTY-SIX THOUSAND
<br />AND NO/lOO-------------------($46,OOO.OO ), together with interest thereon at
<br />14~% per cent per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful
<br />money of the United States ef America at The First National Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above-described, other than hereinbefore modif ied. "Iwll be and remain uncbanged and
<br />in full force and effect during such extended period. if defa.ult be made in payment
<br />of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest thereon, shall become
<br />immediately due and payable at the election of the legal holder thereof.

<br />I hereby ratify and confirm such mortgage recorded as Document #80-006454
<br />in Real Estate Hortgage records of Hall Count):,. Nebraska , as
<br />the first mortgage lien upon the real p-roperty described tilereiil, and rhe whole of

<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement 1".'ith reference to and On the faith
<br />and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter
