<br />pioneer Tnvestments, A Nebraska partnership, herein called the
<br />Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty-two
<br />Thousand Five Hundred and no/lOO Dollars ($52,500.00) received
<br />from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto Paul A. Jakubowski and RubyE. Jakubowski, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, herein
<br />called the Grantees, the following described real estate situ-
<br />ated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot six (6), Block Ten (10), Russell Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br />unto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs
<br />and assigns forever. And Grantor hereby covenants with said
<br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantor is
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from encum-
<br />brance and that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to
<br />sell the same; and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and de-
<br />fend the title to said premises aaainst the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever. And the said"Grantor hereby relinquishes
<br />all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above
<br />described premises.
