<br />LORRAINE A. NABER and DAVID NABER, wife and husband, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the SUII: of
<br />FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($56,000.00) received from
<br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto LARRY
<br />HOES and ROJFANNE HOES, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br />right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called
<br />the Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block Eleven (11), except
<br />the West 16.33 feet thereof and the westerly
<br />part of Lot Ten (10, in Block Eleven (11)
<br />described as beginning at the Northwest
<br />corner of said Lot Ten (10) and running
<br />southerly along and upon the westerly line of
<br />said Lot Ten (10) to the Southwest corner of
<br />said Lot Ten (10), thence easterly along and
<br />upon the southerly line of said Lot Ten (10)
<br />a distance of 45 feet, thence running
<br />northerlY a distance of 103.3 feet to the
<br />northerly line of said Lot Ten (0) to a
<br />point which is 37.67 feet West of the North-
<br />west corner of said Lot Ten (10), thence
<br />westerly along and upon the northerly line of
<br />said Lot Ten (10) a distance of 37.67 feet to
<br />the Northwest corner of said Lot Ten (10),
<br />the point of beginning, all in Block Eleven
<br />(Ill in Parkhill Third Subdivision, an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND 'ra HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their assigns, or to the
<br />heirs and assigns or the survivor of them forever.
<br />
<br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that
<br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free
<br />fram encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants,
<br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record;
<br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />
<br />It is the intention af all parties hereto that in the event
<br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
<br />title to the real estai;e shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
