<br />WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />83...... 006316 <br /> <br />Willialll J. Degen and Mary Ann Degen, husband and wife, <br />GRANTORS, for the purpose of William J. Degen mak.ing a contribu- <br />tion of capital to Degen Company, a Partnership, GRANTEE, and in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration received from Degen Company, a Partnership, GRANTEE, <br />convey to GRANTEE the following described real estate as defined <br />in Section 76-201 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943: <br /> <br />All of Lots Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), in Block <br />Three (3), in Spaulding and Gregg's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, <br />platted and recorded, subject to a real estate mortgage <br />to The First National Bank of Grand Island dated <br />December 14, 1986, filed of record in the Office of the <br />Register of Oeeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document <br />No. 76-007192, on December 15, 1976, which GRANTEE assumes <br />and agrees to pay by acceptance of delivery of this <br />Warranty Deed. <br /> <br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally) with GRANTEE that: <br /> <br />1. GRAB'l'ORS are lawfully seised of the real estate described in <br />this Warranty Deed; <br /> <br />2. The real estate is free from encumbrances except for the <br />real estate mortgage above described GRANTEE assumes and <br />agrees to pay; <br /> <br />3.
