<br />DOEBLING, wife and husband, herein called the Grantors, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER GOOD
<br />AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bar-
<br />gain, sell, convey and confirm unto DONNA L. DO EBLING and JULIUS
<br />R. DOEHLING, wife and husband, as joint tenants with right of sur-
<br />vivorship, herein called the Grantees, the following-described
<br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Twenty-Nine (29), Charles
<br />Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />will all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantor hereby covenants with me said Grantees
<br />and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantor is lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and
<br />that Grantors herebY convenant to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises aga~n5t the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantors hereby relinqu1sh all right, title, claim
<br />and interest ln and to the above-described premises.
