LENZ, an unremarried widow, herein called the <br />Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS <br />($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantee, <br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto LENZ FARMs <br />LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, herein called the Grantee, the following- <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska~ <br /> <br />Southeast Quarter (SE\) and the East Half of <br />the Southwest Quarter (E~SW\) of Section Te~ <br />(10), Township Nine (9), Range Ten (10) in <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantor hereby covenants with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantor <br />is lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from encum- <br />brance and that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell <br />the same; and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and defend the <br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons <br />whomsoever. And the said Grantor hereby relinquishes all right, <br />title, claim and interest in and to the above-described premises. <br /> <br />This deed corrects the error resulting from the omission of <br />the Southeast Quarter (SE\) and the Northeast Quarter of the South- <br />west Quarter (NE\SW\) of Section Ten (10), Township Nine (9), Range <br />Ten (10) in Hall County, Nebraska, in the Warranty Deed executed <br />December 22, 1981, recorded December 28, 1981 in the Register of <br />Deeds office, Doc.
