<br /> <br />I <br /> <br />83-'006211 <br /> <br />(c) The covenants and agreements contained herein <br />shall bind, and the rights inure to, the respec- <br />tive. successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and <br />the Mortgagee. <br /> <br />(dl All covenants and agreen.dnts of the Mortgagor <br />are joint and several. <br /> <br />(e) The headings of the paragraphs of this Mortgage <br />are for convenience only and shall not be used <br />to interpret or define the provisions hereof. <br /> <br />(f) Mortgagor shall pay to the Mortgagee a late <br />charge of 5 percent or any monthly installment <br />not received by the Mortgagee within 15 days <br />after the installment is due. <br /> <br />(g) Mortgagor may prepay the principal amount out- <br />standing in whole or in part. The Mortgagee <br />may require that any partial prepayments (i) be <br />made on the date monthly installments are due and <br />(ii) be in the amount of that part of one or more <br />monthly installments which would be applicable <br />to principal. Any partial prepayment shall be <br />applied against the principal amount outstanding <br />and shall not postpone the due date of any sub- <br />sequent monthly installments or change the <br />amount of such installments, unless the Mort- <br />gagee shall otherwise agree in writing. <br /> <br />12. Release.
