SCHMIDT, husband and wife, as equal tenants in common, <br />herein called the Grantees, the following-described real estate <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred Fifteen <br />(115\ in Railroad Addition to the Town, now <br />City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and <br />assigns forever.
