Janisch, Donna M. Janisch, David B. Booth, Equitable Buil,ding and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska and First National Bank and Trust Company of Lincoln, are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accountinq from s.aid Defendants of the amount due Plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 21st day of July, 1980, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the 21st day of July, 1980, as MortgageD6cu~ ment No. 80-003654, wherein Fred M. Janisch, Donna M. Janisch and David B. Booth mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lots Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), in Block Six (6), Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same de- clared a lien upon the interest of Fred M. Janisch and others in said real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with the cost of suit and to foreclose the said Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption what- ever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto, toget- her with such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just adn equitable.
