<br />01 principal due on any prior mortgage or fail to procure such insurance. then this mortgagee may pay such taxes and such interest
<br />on. or maturing installMents 01 principal. due on such prior mortgage and procure such insurance; and the sum so advanced with
<br />Interest at the rate 01 Interest 01 the nole secured by this mortgage shall be paid by said mortgagors, and this mortgage shall stand
<br />as security lor the same. That a failure to pay any of said money, either principal or Interest on this or any prior mortgaga. when the
<br />same becomes due or a lailure 10 comply with any of the foregoing agreements. shall cause the whoie sum or money herein secured
<br />to become due and collectable at once at the option of lhe mortgagee.

<br />tion of sale by the court ordered taken oul of proceeds of sale; or if redeemed during stay. appaal or saie. such amounts shall be
