<br />The Southwest Quarter (SWt) of Section Thirty-Six (36),

<br />The Northwest Quarter (NWt) of Section Eighteen (18), Town-
<br />ship Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, except a right-of-way easement conveyed to the Ne-
<br />braska Public Power District for anchoring purposes only.. Said ease-
<br />ment area consists of a strip of land described as follows: beginning
<br />at a point on the south property line approximately 2457 Feet East
<br />of the Southwest corner of the property, a s~rip of land 25 Feet wide
<br />centered on the above described point and extending 100 Feet in a
<br />northerly direction; and,

<br />of said Section Twenty-Eight (28), more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter
<br />(Nwt) of the Northeast Quarter (NEt), thence running south along the
<br />west line of said Northwest Quarter (NWt) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEt), a distance of 55.0 Feet; thence running east parallel to and
<br />55.0 Feet south of the north line of said Northwest Quarter (Nwt)
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (NEt), a distance of approximately 1,319.87
<br />Feet to a point on the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NWt) of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (NEt), thence running north along the east line
<br />of said Northwest Quarter (NWt) of the Northeast Quarter (NEt) a dis-
<br />tance of 55.0 Feet to the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter
<br />(NwJc) of the Northeast Quarter (NEt), thence running west along the
<br />north line of said Northwest Quarter (NWt) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEt) a distance of approximately 1,319.87 Feet to the point of begin-
<br />ning containing 1.667 acres, more or less of which 1.000 acres are
<br />presently occupied by public right-of-way. Net 0.667 acres, more or
