<br />follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter
<br />(N~) of the Northeast Quarter (NE~), thence running south along the
<br />west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW%) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEt), a distance of 55aO Feet; thence running east parallel to and
<br />55.0 Feet south of the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NW%)
