<br />Bank of Grand Island (" Assignor") for good and valuable con-
<br />sideration to it in hand paid by the Nebraska l10rtgage
<br />Finance Fund (or its legal successor, the Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority), organized under the laws of the state of
