<br />a certain rrortgage note for $65,134.94, a valid subsisting obligation of the
<br />J,brtgagor, and payment of the ranainder of the principal and accrued interest
<br />thereon shall be due according to the tenns of the aforanentioned real estate
<br />rrortgage, rrodified and payable in the follOlVing manner:
