THESENVITZ, herein called the Grantor, in considera- <br />tion of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDER- <br />ATION received from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto LOYD A. LUEHR and JUDITH A. LUEHR, as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, <br />herein called the Grantees, the following-described real estate <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />A tract of land located in Lot six (6) in the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE~) of Section Nine (9), Township Nine (9) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at <br />the Southeast corner of said NE~, Section 9, said <br />corner being also the Southeast corner of said Lot 6, <br />thence West along the South line of said Lot 6, 616.34 <br />feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing West <br />along the South line of said Lot 6 a distance of 687.12 <br />feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, thence N <br />0016'15" E 726.86 feet, thence S 0022' W 360.64 feet to <br />the point of beginning.
