Fruehlinq and Sandra A. <br />Fruehling, husband and wife. <br /> <br />Description of Real Estate: Lot 7, Meadowlark <br />Estates Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall <br />Co~nty, Nebraska <br /> <br />Date of need of Trust: August 19, 1983. <br /> <br />The intent of the undersigr.,' is that the amount due Home <br />Pederal secured by the Deed of Trust hereinabove set forth, <br />together with any interest or charges thereon, shall at all times <br />be superior to any claim of the undersigned arising out of ~~y <br />mortgage held by -the undersigned against said above-described <br />real estate, whether heretofore or hereafter executed.
