<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Superior Hortgage. Inc.
<br />(-Assignor-) for good and valuable con-
<br />sideration to it in hand paid by the Nebraska Mortgage
<br />Finance Fund {or its legal successor, the Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority}, organized under the laws of the State of
<br />Nebra.ska {-Assignee-}, the receipt of which consideration is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby dssign, transfer and set
<br />over unto Assignee all its rights, title and interest in and
<br />to that certain Mortgage executed by ~lelvin L. Miner and Brenda L. Miner.
