<br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein
<br />Western Securities Company is Plaintiff, and Alfonso Ramirez
<br />and Terri Ann Ramirez, husband and wife, et a!., are Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting
<br />from the Defendants, Alfonso Ramirez and Terri Ann Ramirez,
<br />husband and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain
<br />Mortgage executed by Alfonso and Terri Ann Ramirez to Superior
<br />MOrtgage, Inc., dated February 25, 1981, and filed in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 81-000900 and assigned to B.I. Mortgage
<br />Company, Inc., on February 25, 1981, and filed in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 81-001012, re-recorded on June II, 1981, as Document
<br />No. 81-003044, and again re-recorded on June 26, 1981, as
<br />Document No. 81-003355, Said B, I, Mortgage Company, Inc.,
<br />assigned to Western Securities Company the Mortgage on May
<br />L9, 1982, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County. Nebraska. as Document No, 82-002469, wherein
<br />said HorteaB€, conveyed to Plaintiff. or to the Plaintiff
<br />as benefi~iary. the' following described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebra~ka. .'
