<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this If//( day of October 1983,
<br />between JOHN W. BOORD, SR., and CARMENJ. BOORD, husband
<br />and wife, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter
<br />referred to as Grantors, and LAWRENCE HUWALDT and CONSTANCE
<br />R. SCOTT, as tenants in common, hereinafter referred to as
<br />Grantees.

<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />
<br />That the Grantors, for ana in consideration of the sum
<br />of One Dollar ($1.00), in hand paid, and the full cancella-
<br />tion and satisfaction of a certain "Contract for Sale of
<br />Real Estate," dated the 1st day of February 1980, and the
<br />full cancellation and satisfaction of the indebtedness therein
<br />described, conveys and warrants to the said Grantees, their
<br />successors, and assigns, the following described real estate,
<br />to-wit:

<br />Lot Three (3) in Strawberry Lane Subdivision to
<br />the City of Grand Island, ~all County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with all and Eingular the tenements, hereditaments,
<br />and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyway appertaining,
<br />hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
<br />of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br />and specifically waiving any right of redemption Grantors
<br />may have in said Dr~,ise~.

<br />This deed is given In fuLl cancellation and satisfaction
<br />of said contract of which a "Notice of Contract Sale" was
<br />filed as Document No. 80-000626 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
