<br />NOTICE is hereby given by William D: Livengood and
<br />Beverlv K. Livengood, husband and wife, and Larry D. Miley
<br />and Ca.o! A. Miley, as Sellers, and Gerald F. VanDe Walle
<br />and Linda D. Van De Walle, as Buyers, that the following
<br />described real property has been sold under a W~~Ljp-
<br />stallment sale contract dated the ~ day ofr-l98J.
<br />The property sold under said contract 1S described as follows,
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2), Block Seventy Nine
<br />(79), Wheeler and Bennett's Third Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />The Sellers have executed, acknowledged, and delivered
<br />a deed conveying the real estate herein which deed is held
<br />in escrow by the escrow agent, Five Points Bank,
<br />pursuant to the sale contract, which provides that the Sellers
<br />retain a first lien on the real property to secure fulfill-
<br />ment of the contract terms by the Buyers. The Buyers are
<br />entitled to possession of the real property from and after
<br />October I, 1983. Further information as to the terms and
<br />conditions of said installment sale contract would be avail-
<br />able to persons with legitimate inquiry from either the Buyers,
<br />the Sellers, or the escrow agent,
<br />
