Russell are the owners of record, in equal shares, as tenants in common, of the following described real property: 1. An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the North Half (N~) of Section Five (5) in Township Twenty- three (23) North, and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW~SE~), Section Thirty- two (32), Township Twenty-four (24) North, both Range Six (6), West of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska. 2. An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S~SE~) and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E~SE~SW~), both Section Twenty- three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range ~ine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing eighty-two (82) acres, more or less, and excluding certain property conveyed therefrom by prior grantor, and WHEREAS, the said Richard L. Alderson and Barbara J. Russell have purchased under a Contract of Sale dated January 23, 1980, the property described at Paragraph 1 above, and have purchased under Contract of Sale dated March I~; 1980, the property des- cribed at Paragraph 2 above, as tenants in common, ~ld WHEREAS, Richard L.
