<br />Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska 1 "'aid property beinq improved by part of a driveway
<br />running along the westerly line thereof 1 and

<br />8, Guyette is the owner of certain real property known as
<br />115 East Koenig, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said
<br />premises beinq legally described a~ the We~t 41 feet of Lots 1
<br />and 2, Block 6, of Hann's Third Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall county, Nehraska, ~aid property being improved by a
