<br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Geer Melkus, Inc.,
<br />Gregory Rice, and Leon O. Selle are Plaintiffs, and Lincoln Benefit
<br />Lii:e Company, A Corporation, and Town and Country Realty of Grand
<br />Island, Inc. are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to
<br />obtain a court order directing the Defendant, Town and Country Realty
<br />of Grand Island, Inc., as Escrow Agent, to return a Ten Thousand
<br />Dollar ($10,000) earnest money deposit to the Plaintiffs, and for
<br />the costs of the action.
