<br />JAMES IIo GREEN and BARBARA L. GREEN, husband and wife, each in
<br />his and her own name and right and as spouse of each other,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS

<br />filed of record in the Office Qf the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on Apr1l 18, 1972, recorded in Book 157 of
<br />Mortgages, at page 263, and subJect to covenants, conditions,
<br />restr1ct1ons, reservations, easements of record, visible easements
