<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

<br />LOUISE K. MURCEK, Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Alfred Cay Becker, deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to
<br />LOUISE K. MURCEK and ROBERT FREDERICK BECKER, as tenants in common,
<br />GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Section 76-201 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943) in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />An undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE~ NE~) of Section
<br />Twenty-five (25), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, less
<br />the tract conveyed by quitclaim deed to The State of
<br />Nebraska filed of record in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 11, 1963, recorded
<br />in Book 141 of Deeds, at Page 258, and less the tract
<br />condemned for highway purposes shown in the Appraiser's
<br />Report filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on April 10, 1961, recorded in
<br />Book 9 of ~liscellaneous Records, at Page 67,

<br />The E 1/2 of Lot 31 in Section F of the Cemetery of the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska (2 spaces),
<br />
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.

<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to the distribution of the real estate from the Estate of
<br />Alfred Cay Becker, deceased. GRANTOl< covenants with GRANTEES that
<br />GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey and release
<br />the real estate to the GRANTEES,
