<br />We, HAROLD A. GOODWIN and IRENE GOODWIN, husband and wife, of *25
<br />Stire's Lake, City of Columbus, County of Platte, State of Nebraska,
<br />make, constitute and appoint ELLEN GIBBONS, of 203 South Blaine Street,
<br />City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, our true and
<br />lawful attorney in fact, for us, and in our names, place and stead, to
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and contract for sale and conveyance the
<br />following described real estate (as described in Section 76-201, Revised
<br />Statutes of Nebraska, 1943) in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />An undivided one sixth (1/6) interest in and to Fractional
<br />Lot Six (6) in Cedar Park Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, being a part of Lots Seventeen (17') and
<br />Eighteen (18) of the County Subdivision of the East Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E~SE~SW~) of
<br />Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />also all of Fractional Lot Six (6) in Fractional Block Four
<br />(4) of Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br />
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />
<br />ELLEN GIBBONS, our attorney in fact, is authorized to grant,
<br />bargain, convey, sell or contract for the sale and conveyance of the
<br />undivided interest in the above-described real estate to any person for
<br />such price and on such terms and conditions as our attorney in fact
<br />deems proper and in our names to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver
<br />a good and sufficient deed of conveyance and any other instruments
<br />necessary to effect the sale, conveyance or agreement.
<br />
<br />1. We grant to our attorney in fact full power and authority to perform
<br />all acts to be done in and about the premises the same as we could do
<br />if personally present.
<br />
<br />2. We authorize our attorney in fact to request, demand, sue for,
<br />collect, recover and receive all moneys which may become due and owing
<br />to us by reason of the sale and conveyance of the real estate, whether
<br />by deed, contract or other instrument.
<br />
<br />3. We give to our attorney in fact full power and'a~t~~rity to appoint
<br />a substitute to perform any of the acts our attorney'in fact is by this
<br />instrument authorized to perform, with the right to revoke the appoint-
<br />ment of a substitute at pleasure.
<br />
<br />4. We hereby ratify and confirm all acts of our attorney in fact
<br />appointed in this Power of Attorney and any of her substitutes appointed
<br />by her.

<br />5. All rights, powers and authority of our attorney in fact to exercise
<br />any and all of the rights and powers granted in this Power of Attorney
<br />shall commence and be in full force and effect immediately after our
<br />:executionof this Power of Attorney and such rights, powers and authority
<br />'~~hall remain in full force and effect until terminated in writing by us
<br />iand filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
