<br /> <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />83- 005327 <br /> <br />WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br /> <br />The County of Hall, Ne-bra.ska, Granter, a body polit-i-c <br />and corporate and existing under and by virtue of the laws <br />of the State of Nebraska, in consideration of Eighty Three <br />Thousand Dollars ($83,000.00), receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, conveys to the Ci ty of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, Grantee, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~76:-20l) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (S~SE~) of Section <br />Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11), North, Range <br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and more particularly described as follows: Beginning <br />at the Southeast (SE) corner of said South Half'of <br />the Southeast Quarter (S~SE~); thence northerly along <br />and upon the Easterly line of said South Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (S~SE~), a distance of Three <br />Hundred Sixty One and Five Tenths Feet (361.5'); <br />thence deflecting left and in a Westerly direction <br />parallel to the Southerly line of said South Half of <br />the Southeast Quarter (S~SE~) a distance of Three <br />Hundred Sixty One and Five Tenths Feet (361.5'); <br />thence deflecting left and in a Southerly direction <br />parallel to the Easterly line of said South Half of <br />the Southeast Quarter (S~SE~), a distance of Three <br />Hundred Sixty One and Five Tenths Feet (361.5') to <br />a point on the Southerly line of said South Half of <br />the Southeast Quarter (S~SE~); thence Easterly along <br />and upon the Southerly line of said South Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (S~SE~) a distance of Three Hundred <br />Sixty One and Five Tenths Feet (361.5') to the point <br />of beginning and containing 3.00 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor: <br /> <br />1.
