I" 83-005235 SUBORDINATION AGRF.EMENT r In consideration of and as an inducement to Home Federal Savinqs and Loan Association of Grand Island, Grand Is~and', Nebraska. (hereinafter referred to as "Home Federal~) , advimcing credit to the herinafter designated Mortgagor, the undersigned Creditor of said Mortgagor hereby subordinates any claim, interest or lien which the undersigned might now, or hereafter' have upon the property hereinafter described, including a second- mortgage executed by the hereinafter designated Mortgagor to ana. in favor of the undersigned, said Mortgage dated April 15, 1983; and filed of record in the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, on April 15, 1983, as Document No. 83-001822. Said interest of the undersigned shall be subordinated to the lien of the Mortgage to Home Federal described as follows: Mortgagor: Harry A. Hoch, eTr. and Jane C. Hoch, husband and wife; Address: 2417 Cottonwood Road, Grand Island, NE 68801; Date of Mortgage: September 28, 1983; Description of Real Estate: Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3) in Replat of Riverside Acres, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The intent being that the amount due Home Federal secured by the real estate hereinabove described, to~ether with any interest or charges thereon, shall at all times be superior to any claim of the undersigned arising out of any mortgage or other interest, whatsoever, against said above-described real estate, whether heretOfore, or hereafter, executed. This is a continuing agreement of subordination, and it is agreed that Home Federal may continue, without notice to the undersigned, to extend credit or other accommodation or benefit and loan monies to or for the account of the Mortgagor hereinabove designated on the faith hereof until written notice of revocation of this agreement shall be lodged with Home Federal by the undersigned at the Grand Island office of Home Federal. All covenants and conditions herein contained shall extend to .and obligate the heirs, assigns, successors and legal repre- sentatives of the undersigned.
