<br />I <br /> <br />83-005200 <br /> <br />REI\L ESTI\TE MORTGI\GE <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />THIS MORTGAGE IS SUBJECT TO a Mortgage to Susan L. Jeffres, <br />single woman in her own right, dated May 22, 1981 and in the amount of Nine <br />Thousand and NO/lOO ($9,000.00) dollars. <br /> <br />Jean C. Dubois and Bessie I. Dubois, husband and wife as joint tenants <br />with rights of survivorship, herein called the Mortgagors, in consideration <br />of Twenty-One Thousand and No/lOO ($21,000.00) dollars, do hereby mortgage <br />to Wayne R. Forgey and Marvel M. Forgey , husband and wife and each in their <br />own right, herein called the Mortgagee, the following-described real estate <br />in Hall County, and State of Nebraska. <br /> <br />Lot 6 in Block 16 in Wallich's I\ddition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal sum <br />of Twenty-One Thousand and NO/lOO ($21,000.00) dollars and interest thereon, <br />according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note of even date, executed <br />by the Mortgagors to the Mortagees with Two Hundred, Eighteen and 75/100 <br />($218.75) dollars being due on the 10th day of each month beginning I\ugust <br />10, 1983 and continuing through July 10, 1984, I\ND with principal balance <br />being due and payable on July 10, 1984, the terms and conditions of which <br />note are incorporated herein and made part hereof by this reference. <br /> <br />The Mortgagors agree to pay all taxes and assessments upon said <br />premises and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied upon this Mortgage <br />and the Note which this Mortgage is given to secure before the same become <br />delinquint, the Mortgagees may pay such taxes or other liens and shall <br />have a lien secured hereby for the amount so advanced with interest thereon <br />at the rate of 14% per annum. <br /> <br />In the event the Mortgagors default in the payment of said indebt- <br />edness or any installment thereof, in accordance with the terms thereof, <br />or otherwise fails to perform any of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagees <br />at Their election may declare the entire debt secured by this Mortgage to <br />be due and collectible at once; and may foreclose this Mortgage for the <br />satisfaction thereof. <br /> <br />Signed this_~aY of August, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />STI\TE OF NEBRASKA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF H!\.LL <br /> <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified for said County, personally <br />came Jean C, Dubois and Bessie I.
