Dubois and Bessie 1. Dubois, husband and wife and each in their <br />own rigbt, herein called the Mortagogor, in consideration of Three Thousal1d, <br />Seven Hundred and NO/lOO ($3,700.00) dollars does hereby mortgage to <br />Janine E. Bayles, Individually, and in her own right, the following-described <br />real estate located in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Lot 19 (19), Mehring and Giesenhagen Second Subdivision,- <br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the Easterly <br />Forty-~o and Seventy-Eight Hundredths Feet (42.78') thereof. <br /> <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal sum of <br />Three Thousand, Seven Hundred and NO/lOO ($3,700.00) dollars and interest <br />thereon, according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note of even date <br />executed by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee. with One Hundred, Eighty-Five <br />and NO/lOO ($185.00) being due and payable semiannually. Payments to <br />begin April 1, 1984 and continue through October 1, 1987, at which time <br />entire endebtedness shall be satisfied, the terms and conditions of which <br />note are incorporated herein and made part hereof by this reference. <br /> <br />The Mortaqor aqrees to pay all taxes and assessments upon said premises <br />and all other taxes. levies and assessments levied upon this ~lortqaqe and <br />Note which this Mortqaqe is qiven to secure before the same become delin- <br />quent.
