Jean C. Dubois and Bessie 1. Dubois, husband and wife and each in their own rigbt, herein called the Mortagogor, in consideration of Three Thousal1d, Seven Hundred and NO/lOO ($3,700.00) dollars does hereby mortgage to Janine E. Bayles, Individually, and in her own right, the following-described real estate located in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Lot 19 (19), Mehring and Giesenhagen Second Subdivision,- Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the Easterly Forty-~o and Seventy-Eight Hundredths Feet (42.78') thereof. This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal sum of Three Thousand, Seven Hundred and NO/lOO ($3,700.00) dollars and interest thereon, according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note of even date executed by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee. with One Hundred, Eighty-Five and NO/lOO ($185.00) being due and payable semiannually. Payments to begin April 1, 1984 and continue through October 1, 1987, at which time entire endebtedness shall be satisfied, the terms and conditions of which note are incorporated herein and made part hereof by this reference. The Mortaqor aqrees to pay all taxes and assessments upon said premises and all other taxes. levies and assessments levied upon this ~lortqaqe and Note which this Mortqaqe is qiven to secure before the same become delin- quent. In the event the Mortgagor shall fail to pay such taxes before de- linquent, the Mortgagee may pay such taxes or other liens and shall have a lien secured hereby for the amount so advanced with interest thereon at the rate of fifteen per cent (15%) per annum. In the event the Mortgagor defaults in the payment of said indebtedness or any installment thereof, in accordance with the terms thereof, or otherwise fails to perform any of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagee at Her election may declare the entire debt secured by this Mortgage for the satisfaction thereof.
